Zum F\u00fcllen des Fasses wird ein Wein der gleichen Qualit\u00e4t verwendet. Es k\u00f6nnen bis zu 10 Zus\u00e4tze gemacht werden, danach muss der restliche Wein unter der Bezeichnung SOLERA abgef\u00fcllt werden.<br \/>\nH&amp;H verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einige Exemplare in betr\u00e4chtlichen Mengen. Dieses Verfahren wurde im 19. Jahrhundert angewandt, als Krankheiten viele Weinberge zerst\u00f6rten und die Erzeuger darauf zur\u00fcckgreifen mussten, um gen\u00fcgend Wein zur Versorgung ihrer Kunden zu erhalten.
