Tinta Negra 50 years
For centuries, the Tinta Negra grape was considered to be an inferior variety. Finally, in 2015, to the satisfaction of many producers, it was elevated to the same category as the so-called “noble grape varieties”. To mark the event, H&H launched the Tinta Negra 50 years wine and named it “The Belle of the Ball”. That same year it won the “Best of the Year” award at the Essência do Vinho – Porto event.
In 2016, it was once again awarded the “Madeira Trophy” and “Tinta Negra Trophy” at the International Wine Challenge.
