The brand belonged to the company João Joaquim Henriques Limitada established in 1960. In that same year, its owner acquires the company António Eduardo Henriques Limitada and changes the original name to António Eduardo Henriques Sucessores Limitada, bringing in three new partners: Alberto Jardim, Carlos Nunes Pereira and Peter Cossart.
In 1981, the company is included in the Henriques & Henriques group.
