Single Harvest Malvasia 2001
TEST NOTES
After more than 20 years of aging in old 700L casks, this Malvasia has become concentrated and dense with a bright color and denoting aromas of dried fruits and nuts, a juicy palate of cane honey, seaweed and salty dark chocolate. It pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream, fruit cake and hard cheeses such as Gruyère, Cheddar and Pecorino.
